Question: How many blind men? (Matthew 20:29-30) Following this last incident, on the way out of Jericho, Jesus encountered two blind men. (Mark 10:46-47) He encountered only one blind man.
Response: Nowhere in Mark 10:46-47 does it say that there was only one blind man. Instead, Mark speaks of a blind man who spoke to Jesus. That doesn't necessarily mean that Mark is claiming that there was only one blind man present. It could simply mean that Mark chose to mention only the one blind man because he spoke to Jesus.
