Elisheba was a wife of Aaron, the high priest and brother of Moses, and the daughter of Amminadab. She gave birth to Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar. She was the sister of Nahshon. She is mentioned in Ex. 6:23.
The name Elisheba means "God's oath" or "God is her oath."
