After Job's three friends, Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar, speak their discourses, Elihu the Buzite, a young man, speaks up when the three failed to give convincing answers to Job's questions. He was rougher on Job then the other three. It was after Elihu's speeches that God answers Job, and tells Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar, to offer a burnt offering for themselves and Job. The name Elihu means "the Lord is my God."

Next person in the Bible: Elijah (or Elias)
